Each year we take part in #MadeiraDay with Barbeito Madeira. This year, in light of some fantastic new Marsala wines (a red and a Superiore Riserva) from Cantine Pellegrino, we thought we would expand the tasting a little. We are also going to include a Pedro Ximenez Sherry and an Umeshu, a plum infused sake. An ideal opportunity to find something sweet, or not so sweet, and sticky for Christmas.
We also have some superb Bolo de Mel cake, a traditional Madeiran spiced cake, from the Buxton Cake Company for you to try.
The tasting is free of charge at our shop but we do need you to book into one of the half an hour time slots if you wish to attend (see below).
