Chase Summer Fruit Cup is THE superior alternative to Pimm’s. It is made in Herefordshire at the Chase Distillery who are very well known for their superb gins, vodkas and liqueurs.
Chase Summer Fruit Cup is made from vodka base which is then redistilled through Chase’s gin still with 17 carefully chosen botanicals to produce a gin. Along with the botanicals a summer-y blend of elderflowers and locally sourced raspberries and blackcurrants are added in different proportions to the gin spirit, creating a beautifully fruity drink.
Serve well iced with lemonade, fresh sprigs of mint, orange, a squeeze of lime and a variety of fresh summer berries. Alternatively it can be mixed with ginger beer. Other alternative garnishes include cucumber and apple.
