Cherry Heering is the original authentic cherry liqueur to be used in the original Singapore Sling cocktail recipe created over 100 years ago at the world famous Raffles hotel. Peter F Heering founded his drinks company in 1818 in Copenhagen, Denmark.
Cherry Heering Liqueur is considered by many to be the best and original cherry brandy and is made with only natural ingredients including Danish cultivated cherries with no additives or artificial colouring used. Cherries are carefully pressed and the juice is blended with brandy and a selection of spices before it is aged in oak barrels for three to five years giving the liqueur time for all the flavours to marry and to soften any hard edges. Peter F Heering is purveyor of liqueurs to both the Royal Danish Court and H.M. Queen Elizabeth II.
