Kirsch Liqueur de Cuisine is a cherry distillate made by Luxardo in the Veneto region of Italy. Established nearly 200 years ago, the company is still owned and managed by the founding family.

Kirsch or kirschwasser (from the German, translates as cherry water) is a clear, colourless fruit brandy traditionally made from double distillation of whole cherries. Kirsch de Cuisine is a cherry liqueur from Luxardo made with the distillate of sour cherries. This is not sweet like Cherry Brandy or liqueurs.

This liqueur is intended for culinary use. Enhances the cooking experience with its subtle cherry notes. To be used in a variety of cake and pastry recipes, as well as added to fresh fruit salads to liven up the flavour. Also used in cheese fondues.
