Peter Spanton Beverage No 9 Cardamom Tonic Water is, as the name suggest a sparkling, cardamom flavoured tonic water. We stock it because it is the ideal match for Silverback Gin (made locally to us in Four Marks near Alton, Hampshire). Developed by Peter Spanton Drinks in EC1, London as an alternative tonic water and tried and tested by “real people in real bars”.

Peter Spanton Beverage No 9 Cardamom Tonic Water has delicate cardamon flavours and is a perfect mixer for gin but is equally refreshing on its own or over ice. Try it in a gin and tonic with a slice of crisp green apple for garnish.
