Description

Chateau du Gazin is located in Canon Fronsac which is situated outside the town of Libourne, west of Pomerol and St Emilion on the Bordeaux’s right bank. It is one of the smallest appellations of Bordeaux and often offers very good value for money. Chateau du Gazin is a small, well-drained, hillside vineyard with excellent southern exposure and has been in the Robert family since 1933. Chateau du Gazin is a blend of 80% Merlot, 10% Cabernet Franc, 8% Malbec and 2% Cabernet Sauvignon grapes from vines with an average age of over 40 years.
