Description

Winchester Distillery Apple Brandy is a hand crafted, small batch, double distilled Hampshire Apple Cider Brandy. This is a one-off, limited edition release.

Winchester Distillery is a small, artisanal spirits producer located in the South Downs National Park, just outside of Winchester, England. The distillery was founded by ex software developer Paul Bowler, in 2014, who started out with a small 25 litre still in his garage. The company specialises in produciing high quality spirits using traditional methods, modern energy-saving equipment and using botanicals sourced from the local Hampshire surrounds. The first product launched was Twisted Nose Gin, a gin with Hampshire watercress as one of the botanicals. Today the distillery’s portfoilio has grown to including several other gins including a Navy Strength and the Round Table Gin.

Winchester Distillery Apple Brandy is made from Hampshire Cider Apples. The cider was expertly double-distilled in the distillery’s pot still and aged for three years in American oak casks. Bottled at 40% ABV.

Only 65 bottles produced.
